Apo\u0161tol Peter za\u017eil prekvapiv\u00e9 vyliatie Ducha Sv\u00e4t\u00e9ho na stotn\u00edka Korn\u00e9lia a\u00a0pokrstil ho i\u00a0s\u00a0cel\u00fdm jeho domom v\u00a0C\u00e9zarei Pr\u00edmorskej (Sk 10, 44-48).\u00a0Pavol s\u00a0Barnab\u00e1\u0161om mali podobn\u00fa sk\u00fasenos\u0165 na svojej prvej misijnej ceste (Sk 13-14), kv\u00f4li \u010domu sa nesk\u00f4r v\u00a0Antiochii dostali do sporu s\u00a0kres\u0165anmi zo \u017eidovstva, ktor\u00ed pri\u0161li z\u00a0Judska a\u00a0\u017eiadali \u201ejudaizovanie\u201c pokrsten\u00fdch. Pod\u013ea nich mali v\u0161etci pokrsten\u00ed pohania zachov\u00e1va\u0165 Moj\u017ei\u0161ov z\u00e1kon rovnako ako \u017didia. Spor sa z\u00a0kozmopolitnej Antiochie preniesol do Jeruzalema, kde sa zi\u0161li apo\u0161toli na prvom cirkevnom sneme a\u00a0po vz\u00e1jomnom dial\u00f3gu a\u00a0intervencii apo\u0161tola Petra (Sk 15, 6-11) a\u00a0Jakuba (Sk 15, 13-21), poslali Pavla a\u00a0Barnab\u00e1\u0161a sp\u00e4\u0165 do Antiochie s\u00a0ofici\u00e1lnym listom, ktor\u00fd po\u017eadoval \u0161tyri minim\u00e1lne po\u017eiadavky pri prij\u00edman\u00ed nov\u00fdch kres\u0165anov z\u00a0pohansk\u00fdch n\u00e1rodov.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h4>\u010d\u00edtanie Zjv 21, 10-14. 22-23<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Opis nov\u00e9ho Jeruzalema, ktor\u00fd zostupuje z\u00a0neba, odkazuje na \u00favodn\u00e9 zjavenie Bo\u017eieho tr\u00f3nu: \u201eA h\u013ea, na nebi st\u00e1l tr\u00f3n a na tr\u00f3ne On, Sediaci. Ten, \u010do sedel, vyzeral ako jaspisov\u00fd a sardionov\u00fd kame\u0148. (Zjv 4, 2-3). Ve\u013ek\u00fd, vysok\u00fd m\u00far sl\u00fa\u017ei dvojak\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010delu: br\u00e1ni vstupu t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed nemaj\u00fa v meste \u017eiadnu \u00fa\u010das\u0165 (21, 27; 22, 14-15) a poskytuje ve\u010dn\u00fa bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 t\u00fdm, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa vo vn\u00fatri. Podobne ako vo viden\u00ed\u00a0 Ezechiela, dvan\u00e1s\u0165 br\u00e1n je pop\u00edsan\u00fdch menami dvan\u00e1stich kme\u0148ov Izraela (Ez 48, 30-35), paralelne s\u00a0br\u00e1nami je uveden\u00fdch dvan\u00e1s\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch kame\u0148ov s\u00a0dvan\u00e1stimi menami dvan\u00e1stich Bar\u00e1nkov\u00fdch apo\u0161tolov. Vidno tu jednotu \u013eudu starej a novej zmluvy, ktor\u00ed spolu tvoria \u201aBo\u017e\u00ed Izrael\u2018, roz\u0161\u00edren\u00fd tak, aby objal v\u0161etky n\u00e1rody v\u00a0Kristovi.<\/p>\n<h4>Evanjelium Jn 14, 23-29<\/h4>\n<p>\u010c\u00edtan\u00fd \u00faryvok z evanjelia je Je\u017ei\u0161ovou odpove\u010fou na J\u00fadovu ot\u00e1zku, ktor\u00fa polo\u017eil aj za ostatn\u00fdch: \u201ePane, ako to, \u017ee seba chce\u0161 zjavi\u0165 n\u00e1m, a svetu nie?\u201c (Jn 14, 22). Cel\u00fd rozhovor sa odohr\u00e1va vo ve\u010deradle po tom ako Je\u017ei\u0161 umyl u\u010den\u00edkom nohy a za\u010dal svoju rozl\u00fa\u010dkov\u00fa re\u010d (Jn 14, 19-21). J\u00fadova ot\u00e1zka chce odhali\u0165, pre\u010do sa Je\u017ei\u0161 zrieka svojho mesi\u00e1\u0161skeho poslania. Mesi\u00e1\u0161 pod\u013ea o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00ed vtedaj\u0161ej doby i samotn\u00fdch u\u010den\u00edkov sa mal da\u0165 pozna\u0165 svetu, aby nastolil pris\u013e\u00faben\u00e9 kr\u00e1\u013eovstvo pokoja. Odmietnutie verejn\u00e9ho odhalenia Je\u017ei\u0161ovej mesi\u00e1\u0161skej \u00falohy ch\u00e1pali u\u010den\u00edci vo ve\u010deradle ako nepochopite\u013en\u00e9 c\u00favnutie v okamihu, ke\u010f cel\u00fd Jeruzalem naplnen\u00fd p\u00fatnikmi pred ve\u013ekono\u010dn\u00fdmi sviatkami bol rozru\u0161en\u00fd Je\u017ei\u0161ov\u00fdm vzkriesen\u00edm Laz\u00e1ra a jeho vstupom do Jeruzalema.<\/p>\n<p>Je\u017ei\u0161 v\u0161ak nec\u00fava zo svojho mesi\u00e1\u0161skeho poslania, ale \u010duduj\u00facim sa u\u010den\u00edkom otv\u00e1ra nov\u00fd horizont: chce by\u0165 Mesi\u00e1\u0161om, ktor\u00fd priv\u00e1dza k Otcovi, ktor\u00fd z u\u010den\u00edkov rob\u00ed mesi\u00e1\u0161sky \u013eud. In\u00fdmi slovami Je\u017ei\u0161 hovor\u00ed, \u017ee chce by\u0165 Mesi\u00e1\u0161om vo svojich u\u010den\u00edkoch, \u010do je akoby pokra\u010dovan\u00edm vtelenia Slova op\u00edsan\u00e9ho na za\u010diatku J\u00e1novho evanjelia v prol\u00f3gu. Preto hovor\u00ed o pr\u00edbytku, ktor\u00fd si s Otcom urobia v u\u010den\u00edkoch. Preto hovor\u00ed o Te\u0161ite\u013eovi, ktor\u00fd bude garantom vernosti Otcovmu Slovu v re\u010di i skutkoch apo\u0161tolov. A preto je tu re\u010d o darovanom pokoji, ktor\u00fd je mocnej\u0161\u00ed ako ka\u017ed\u00fd strach a rozru\u0161enie. U\u010den\u00edci e\u0161te nech\u00e1pu tomuto slovu, ale to od nich Je\u017ei\u0161 ani neo\u010dak\u00e1va.
